Trying for Things is an Endless Loop
To try is to lose.
Does a cheetah try to run fast
A falcon try to hunt
The rain try to be wet
A whisperer try to whisper
How much time in your life could you get back if you stopped trying.
Trying to please people who can't be pleased, trying to like the cold, trying to be happy, trying to make hard things easy.
Trying for these things is an endless loop. It keeps you from doing things you want to do.
If you want to live differently today than you did yesterday, go for it. Apply yourself to the task. Put the trying aside. You don't need it.
Trying has no weight, no carry-through, no determination, no support, not surety, no trust, no faith, no promise. No backing.
You cheat yourself and loved ones from getting to know and see your ability to execute a task, when you say "I'll try".
Instead of trying..... take action, execute, decide, apply, command, direct, lead, choose.
You show yourself, and others, who you are by your behaviors. Applying instead of trying, deepens your relationships in the most fulfilling of ways. Just imagine what it would be like if your loved ones said "I will apply this." Instead of "I will try for this."
Today is a good day to apply yourself to what you want, and stop trying for anything you don't want.
