The ‘R’ in pRocrastination stands for ‘respond’.
Respond with care to your feelings.
The ones you have when thinking about that thing you ‘push aside’.
As you reflect, sip on some soothing tea, and look for words that inspire and encourage you.
The self-talk that says, “what’s wrong with you, this is simple, why can’t you do this” hurts you.
Respond by noticing how you feel about both the task at hand, and your desire to avoid it.
How do you feel about it?
Write it down, as you sip on some tea🍵
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.
